Norway-based Fotostation is a professional-grade image management software that helps photographers optimize their workflow. With a focus on blazing speed and automation tools, we designed a brand identity that emphasized efficiency and built trust in the photographer community. A simple aesthetic with highly refined typography allowed the carefully crafted messaging to shine.

Estuary Applications
Estuary Applications builds long-lasting, web-based software for companies that want to affect positive change in the world. They require all of their clients have a meaningful mission that isn't exclusively profit-driven. To capture this unique aspect of the business, we designed an identity with an artisan feel. We really wanted the balance the sophistication of their products with the human focus of their guiding principals. At a glance, it should be very clear: Estuary makes “handmade” software by real, skilled craftsmen.

Key Ring
Key Ring is the mobile app for keeping loyalty and membership cards in one place. We designed their logo, first generation marketing site, mobile experience, and web application. After Key Ring was acquired by Gannett in 2012, they hired Dotvita to reimagine their web presence. We worked together with their in-house marketing team to develop a design that was able to handle a growing product/service offering and speak to a more focused target demographic.

Dallas United
The Dallas United soccer club helps people experiencing homelessness get back on their feet by engaging them in competitive team-based activities. The club is part of a national league that has been tremendously successful. We donated our design services to ensure the club had a strong, recognizable mark.

Dotvita
Before Chris Vogel Design, I co-founded the interactive design agency Dotvita in Dallas, Texas. Our goal was to create people-friendly experiences for clients who are deeply passionate about their own customers. Dotvita was profitable from the beginning and 2014 was our biggest sales year ever. In 2015, Dotvita closed its doors, at which point I set out to start something new.
